For most merchandise, items are warrantied by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year_________ Hand-signed sports memorabilia may not be returned after 30 days under any circumstances__________ If you wish to submit a Returned Merchandise claim, please email us at sales@shopbuytime.com. Further specific instructions will be given within 1-3 business days _________ Please do NOT ship back unauthorized returns (or additional fees/delays may occur) ___________
No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective __________ All non-product related fees (i.e. shipping and handling, etc) are not refundable. Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded __________ Please note that payment refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement __________
All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed with 48 hours of package delivery. Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected.

It depends on the item itself. _____
Smaller items will usually be sent 1st Class or PRIORITY MAIL and take from 2-5 days to arrive. _____
Larger and multiple items may be shipped UPS Ground, and take between 2-9 days to arrive

How do I know your Memorabilia is Authentic
All of our Autographed/Signed items are certified Authentic and come with proof. If any item we see is proven to be Non-Authentic we will refund 110% of the purchase price
